Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A1: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, belonging to HK Haiya Group Co.,Ltd, which has 13 years experience in manufacturing printing materials and equipments.

Q2:What is the MOQ?
A2:We don't have strict requirements for starting order quantities, but at least the quantity to be purchased should match the way our products are packaged!

Q3:What print head model do you use? Can we will not clogging heads after a couple months printing?
A3:The print head is Epson 4720. The service life of the print head is longer than the DTG machine head. The machine has flash spray function, every ten minutes will automatically eject the ink remaining in the print head and we have DTG printing experience, our white ink printing is very smooth and will not stick to the print head.

Q4:What is your payment terms for machine?
A4: 30%TT before manufacture, 70%TT before shipment.

Q5:This film printing can be transfer on any material? or just cotton fabric?
A5:This film printing has no fabric restrictions, it can transfer onto most fabric. we have tested it transfer onto cotton, polyester and nylon fabric. All of these print effect is good.
