Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A1: Our factory is located in Dongguan city, belonging to HK Haiya Group Co.,Ltd, which has 13 years experience in manufacturing printing materials and equipments.
Q2:What is the MOQ?
A2:We don't have strict requirements for starting order quantities, but at least the quantity to be purchased should match the way our products are packaged!
Q3: What kinds of fabric does your DTG ink apply to?
A4: Our ink can apply to 100% polyester fabric, nylon and cotton fabric. Printing works best on cotton.
Q4: What kind of printer is your pigment ink used for?
A4: Our pigment ink is water based and it is suitable for the direct garment printing machine.
Q5: Which print head is your pigment ink suitable for?
A5: Epson DX5, DX7, 5113,4720 and Starfire as well as Kyocera print head.
Q6: Will your white ink block the print head?
A6: Pls clean and protect the print head firstly. Normally our CMYK Color ink will not block the print head with working continuously.
Q7: Do you have the digital pigment white paste?
A7: Yes, we also manufacturing pigment white paste. If the white ink's price is not acceptable, you can place the white paste to replace it.
Q8: Is your digital white ink or white paste suitable for any kinds of other brands' color ink?
A8: It needs to be tested. Normally we suggest you also use our digital color ink because it has been tested successfully and it has been stable.
